New Taster Session For Cycling Projects

Earlier this year we were delighted to support Cycling Projects by funding three new Cycling Hubs across North Wales to deliver their Wheels 4 All programme.

Cycling Projects aim to deliver sessions in safe spaces for those trying cycling for the first time, or returning after a long period away perhaps due to limiting health conditions.

Specially adapted bikes also allow children and adults with disabilities or differing needs to enjoy the benefits of cycling in a safe and sociable environment with families and friends.

Cycling Projects are now working in partnership with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to deliver another Wheels 4 All taster day, from 11am-3pm at Llyn Brenig on Tuesday, September 25th.

We attended the launch and taster day in Prestatyn and it was a fantastic way to have an introduction to what cycling, and Cycling Projects, has to offer.

On the day, there will be opportunities for people to try out a broad range of adapted cycles in the beautiful setting of Llyn Brenig.

Cycling Projects will also be offering the opportunity ride around the lake on a risk-assessed route supported by staff and volunteers from North Wales Wheels for All.

Check out the flyer for all the details, and have fun!
