Cheque Handover To Love, Jasmine

We recently carried an article about the hugely important work of Love, Jasmine, a charity set up by Rob and Kathy Lapsley, from Anfield in Liverpool, in memory of their daughter Jasmine.

Jasmine passed away in the most tragic of circumstances at the age of six after choking on a grape whilst on a family holiday in North Wales in August, 2014.

The charity helps bereaved parents access counselling service and family group work, particularly in areas around Liverpool where those opportunities have proved difficult to find.

Gosia McKane, Development & Projects Manager with the Steve Morgan Foundation, has now visited Love, Jasmine to officially hand over a cheque for £82,986, a three-year grant to help with core costs.

Love, Jasmine have kindly provided us with the photographs from Gosia’s visit.
